Coronavirus Do's and Don'ts

Coronavirus:

Coronavirus, officially named as Covid-19 has spread to 99 more countries across the world (including China, Philippines, Iran, Korea, Japan, France, Italy, Taiwan, US, etc.). A total of 110,262 confirmed cases of infection including 3,861 deaths have been reported.

Coronavirus Do’s and Don’ts:

DO’S DON’TS
Wash your hands with soap & water and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer, especially after using restrooms. Don’t just wash the palms and backs, but get in the crevices of the fingers. Be thorough. Avoid spending time in large groups. It makes sense to stay out of the middle of congested public transit vehicles.
The infection can spread through bodily wastes, if hands are not cleaned appropriately, hence avoid using public restrooms Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, and then dispose it in the trash. Never use your hands

Be careful while in elevator. The air quality worsens with no ventilation. Maintain safe distance. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands. If you see redness/rashes in the eyes, kindly report to the nearest doctor immediately
If you have cough with fever (100.4 F or above), contact your nearest doctor and remain indoors until the fever subsides Do not stand there if someone coughs near you; turn away if possible.
Wash your hands after coming in contact with animals, after visiting farms, markets, zoos and agricultural places. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
If you sense an infection nearby, be equipped with protective eyewear and surgical mask
